Concert has amassed $250 million in long-term equity capital to invest in and upgrade large-scale private clubs located in major metro areas. The clubs were purchased in an all-cash transaction that closed in four months.Ĭoncert Golf acquired Glen Oaks Country Club in Des Moines, Iowa, in January.Ĭoncert Golf Partners, a boutique owner-operator of 25 private golf and country clubs, was formed by CEO Peter Nanula, the CEO of Arnold Palmer Golf Management in the 1990s. There is also access to I-680 off of both Maple and Fort Streets, providing routes to employment sites across the city.Concert Golf Partners has acquired two additional clubs in the Midwest - The Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Indiana, and The Players Club at Deer Creek in Omaha, Nebraska.

The Maple Street corridor is a short drive south on 120 th Street and provides restaurants, a multiplex movie theater, soccer and baseball fields, and shopping of all types. Other educational opportunities can be found in several parochial schools located a short drive away. Much of this will change in the near future as the District has set aside nearby sites for new elementary and middle schools. Located within the Omaha Public School system, it is currently served by Northwest High School, Morton Middle School, and Masters Elementary School. And while many homeowners are golfers, others simply enjoy the trails and natural vistas, the parks with playgrounds, and the sense of community found at Deer Creek. Designed to utilize the rolling hills of the area’s natural terrain, both contain water features, wetlands, bent grass fairways, and challenging bunkers. The Players Club, as it is known, consists of two courses, one 18 holes and one 9 holes.
Located south and west of 120 th and State Streets, today the community is the site of beautifully landscaped homes which are situated around a 350 acre golf facility, designed by Arnold Palmer. In the case of the Deer Creek neighborhood there is some truth to that phrase since the site of the golf course and housing development was once a pasture where cows peacefully grazed. In past generations, many non golfers, with a hint of sarcasm, referred to the game as “cow pasture pool”.
